Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we may be unable to offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as when received.
  • It must be returned in the original packaging.
  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Please do not send returns to the manufacturer.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
  • Intimate or sanitary products
  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software or digital content
  • Select health and personal care products

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted at our discretion in cases such as:

  • Items showing signs of use
  • Opened media (e.g., CDs, DVDs, software, vinyl)
  • Items not in original condition or missing parts not due to our error
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of its status. If approved:

  • The refund will be processed to your original payment method.
  • Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear.

  1. Recheck your bank or card account.
  2. Contact your credit card company (posting times may vary).
  3. Reach out to your bank.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale or discounted items are final sale and non-refundable.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.
If you need an exchange, email info@bestalternativebrands.com and send the item to:

Gifts

If marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the return’s value.
If not marked as a gift or sent to the original purchaser, the refund will be issued to the purchaser.

Shipping Returns

You are responsible for paying return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, the cost of return shipping may be deducted.

For high-value items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
